Transcription relies on OVH AI Endpoints (European infrastructure). No processing is delegated outside the EU. See the infrastructure page for the technical details.

The data collected is limited to what the service requires: the account e-mail address, API keys, and metadata about the transcriptions requested.

Media files submitted for transcription are processed then deleted. The transcripts produced remain accessible from your account until you delete them.

Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@synthiz.app.

The site only uses cookies necessary for it to work: session persistence and preferences. No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers are set.

All the content on the site (text, graphics, software, logos, trademarks, databases) is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

The transcripts produced from your media belong to you. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to the content you submit.

Transcripts are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are provided as is, without any guarantee of accuracy. It is up to you to check them before any use that commits you.
